About the Foxboro Music Association
The Foxboro Music Association is an independent non-profit organization that supports the music groups and activities in the Foxboro Schools and promotes music in the community. Most of our members are parents of music students.
Our activities are funded by an annual sponsorship drive and various fund raisers. We have sponsored artists-in-residence programs for all age groups from kindergarten through high school, as well as funded commissioned works that were premiered by our ensembles and bands. Funding guest artists for master classes and workshops has also been an important part of our annual activity. The generosity of our donors also allows the Association to offer scholarships to individual students each year as well.
We hope that parents from all age groups will join us at our meetings, participate in sponsorship, or just come to the concerts and enjoy the mastery and craftsmanship that their children have learned.
